1. Appointments

• Appointment requests submitted online are subject to confirmation by Salon Catherine.
• You will receive confirmation once your appointment has been approved.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.
• To cancel, please call us or send a WhatsApp message as soon as possible.

3. Services & Pricing

• Prices shown on our website are a guide and may vary based on hair length, condition, and the complexity of the service.
• A final quote will be provided during your consultation before any service begins.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Health & Safety

• Please inform your stylist of any known allergies, scalp conditions, or recent chemical treatments before your appointment.
• A patch test may be required before certain chemical services.
• Salon Catherine reserves the right to refuse service if it could cause harm to the client or stylist.

5. Liability

Salon Catherine takes every care to provide professional, high-quality services. However, we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical or hair history prior to treatment.

6. Children

Children are welcome at Salon Catherine when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children's services are available — please mention this when booking.
